The cost of shipping to Greece is 5€. However, if your order exceeds 100€, the shipping is free of charge.
Shipments within Greece are handled by a courier service, and you can expect your delivery within 1-4 working days.
Europe and the rest of the world
For shipments to Europe, the shipping cost is 13.50€, and for the rest of the world, it is 14.50€.
However, if your order exceeds 100€, the shipping is free of charge.
Shipments outside Greece are sent registered via Hellenic Post, and the delivery time varies depending on the destination.
For Europe, it takes approximately 5-10 working days, while for the rest of the world, it may take 10-20 working days.
Additional Information
As our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, kindly allow 5 to 7 working days to prepare and dispatch after placing your order. However, on rare occasions, such as when certain raw materials or gemstones are unavailable, we may require up to 14 days for dispatch from our studio.
Once your order is shipped from our studio, you will receive a confirmation email including a shipping tracking number, so you can track your order.
We process shipments daily from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that the delivery time may be subject to variations beyond our control, such as local or national locks, strikes, weather conditions, customs delays etc.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. It is important to note that Eikosi Jewelry has no authority over these charges and cannot determine their precise amount, as they differ from country to country. For more details, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer reimbursement for any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
